Lance Mulberry is an agricultural economist from central Missouri at the consulting firm, KnowledgeVentures, LLC. Trained in agriculture, economics, and history, he combines classical econometrics with modern tools such as simulation modeling and machine learning. His work focuses on bio-economic modeling; optimizing profitability amid the biological variation inherent in production systems.
Lance also specializes in AI forecasting, subpopulation analysis, and spatial-temporal economic modeling, with much of his research and consulting centered on swine production. He works with clients across the global pork supply chain and regularly shares his insights through international industry forums, including AASV, IPVS, APVS, the Leman Conference, and ESPHM.
